Remodel plumbing that holds up

A remodel is only as good as the work behind the walls. We handle the rough in, the fixture relocations, and the upgrades so your new kitchen or bathroom looks great on day one and still runs right in year ten.

Behind the tile, it has to be right

When a customer wanted their greenhouse plumbed and everything was exposed, Stephan chose copper over plastic because it would last. We bring that same thinking to your remodel, where the pipes you never see decide whether the space you love keeps working.

  • Kitchen and bath rough inNew supply and drain lines set correctly for your layout and fixtures.
  • Fixture and line relocationMoving a sink, tub, or island? We reroute the plumbing to match the new plan.

Remodel questions

Do you work with my general contractor or designer? +
Yes. We are used to coordinating with builders, remodelers, and designers so the plumbing is ready when the other trades need it. Tell us the plan and we will slot in.
Can you move a sink, tub, or island? +
In most cases, yes. We assess the existing lines and the new layout, then reroute supply and drain to match. Call 971-462-4688 and describe the change you want.
Should I repipe while the walls are open? +
If your home has aging or failing pipe, a remodel is the ideal time to replace it. The walls are already open, so you save labor and avoid a future tear out. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing now.
